Beat the summer heat while enjoying a delicate glass of ros\u00e9 at FRANCINE<\/strong><\/a>, the highly acclaimed French-inspired Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the summer, Francine will offer guests $30 bottles and $8 glasses of ros\u00e9 during brunch and happy hour. Brunch is served on weekends from 10 am to 2:30 pm while the happy hour is on weekdays from 3 pm to 6 pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pair happy hour ros\u00e9 with sophisticated hors d’oeuvres including the Burrata & Spring Peas. The delicate dish is served with pea coulis, parmesan crisp and olive powder and is one of Francine\u2019s new seasonal offerings. Or enjoy Grilled Octopus with romesco, chorizo verde, and frisee and a half dozen order of Oysters with shallot mignonette.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For an early dinner during happy hour, the Alaskan Halibut is served with asparagus, morels, and verjus. The luxurious dish will be elevated with a bottle of Francine\u2019s ros\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For brunch, complement the ros\u00e9 with the Egg White Frittata, a delicate dish with ratatouille and olive tapenade. More brunch dishes with a French flair include the French Toast with orange and almond brioche and maple butter, the Egg Meurette served with wild mushroom, lardon, cipollini, and red wine, and the Egg Benedict served with either pork loin or cured salmon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also on the brunch menu is the Crispy Cod with red cabbage, kale slaw, and lemon aioli and the Fig & Prosciutto Tartine served with roasted fig, ricotta, Roquefort black pepper and honey.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
