Enjoy Francine\u2019s new dish, the Carrot Soup. The delicate and sophisticated soup is served<strong> <\/strong>with braised carrot and pink peppercorn. For an Hors D&#8217;Oeuvre, there is the Burrata &amp; Spring Peas served with pea coulis, parmesan crisp, and olive powder.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Another new seafood dish is the Alaskan Halibut that comes with the rich taste of grilled delta asparagus, morels, and verjus.\u00a0 Also new on the menu &#8211; the Tortellini with ricotta, fava beans, morels, and delta asparagus.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For lunch, enjoy a meal with an elevated twist, the Pork Iberico Secreto is served with spigerello, roasted grapes and sweet potato puree.
