At JINYA, ramen is\u00a0serious business, where each bowl is prepared with meticulous attention to\u00a0detail.\u00a0To celebrate the\u00a0grand opening, April 29 to\u00a0May 5, JINYA Chandler will be offering $10 bowls of their JINYA Tonkotsu Black,\u00a0Spicy Chicken Ramen, and Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two key ingredients for an\u00a0exceptional ramen are the broth and the noodles, which is why they take center\u00a0stage at JINYA. Each broth is slow simmered for 20 hours,\u00a0using only FUJI water, which is 99.9-percent free\u00a0from\u00a0impurities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Handmade noodles undergo a special aging process\u00a0before they are cooked and served. JINYA offers signature broths that feature a\u00a0balance of flavors from whole pork bones, chicken and vegetables, with just the\u00a0right\u00a0amount of bonito, dashi, miso, kombu and other classic Chandler&nbsp;location, Daradee Olson, was inspired to bring a JINYA to her home state after&nbsp;stumbling upon the concept while vacationing in Utah. Olson lived in Taiwan for&nbsp;six years, which allowed her&nbsp;the opportunity to visit 42 countries throughout&nbsp;Southeast Asia. She grew very passionate about Asian culture and cuisine, and&nbsp;after returning to Arizona, she longed for an authentic bowl of ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>After eating at\u00a0JINYA for the first time, I knew this was the style of ramen I had been\u00a0searching for in the United States. When I returned home, I immediately began\u00a0the process of bringing a JINYA Ramen\u00a0Bar to the Valley. <\/p><cite>&#8211; Daradee Olson, Owner<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Olson is so\u00a0passionate about the concept she has plans to open four more locations in\u00a0greater metro Phoenix over the next four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JINYA serves 12 signature chicken,\u00a0pork, shrimp or vegetable-based ramen creations, which can be completely\u00a0customizable from a selection of more than 25 add-ons. Kick up the heat with\u00a0the Spicy Chicken Ramen with\u00a0chicken broth, chicken chasu, kikurage, spicy bean\u00a0sprouts, green onion and thin noodles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A creative take on ramen, the Sprouting\u00a0Up Ramen features pork and chicken broth, pork chashu, kikurage, spicy bean\u00a0sprouts, green\u00a0onion, half seasoned egg, crispy Brussels sprouts, black pepper,\u00a0ginger, and thick noodles. Shrimp Wonton Ramen is a simple but tasty creation\u00a0of pork and shrimp broth, shrimp and chicken wontons, green onion and kikurage\u00a0with thick noodles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0menu\u00a0also features a variety of starters,\u00a0including salads and small plates. In the Salmon Poke Mini Tacos fresh salmon\u00a0poke is served in a crispy wonton shell, topped with cilantro. The JINYA Bun is\u00a0a sweet and savory\u00a0small bite of slow braised pork chashu, cucumber and baby mixed\u00a0greens, nestled inside a steamed bun with JINYA\u2019s original bun sauce and\u00a0mayonnaise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Crispy Chicken appetizer features juicy, garlic-pepper fried\u00a0chicken\u00a0thighs, served with baby mixed greens and JINYA\u2019s house ponzu sauce. A\u00a0Japanese street snack, Takoyaki is battered octopus balls, served atop egg\u00a0tartar and drizzled with mayonnaise, okonomiyaki sauce, green onion and\u00a0smoked\u00a0bonito
