the spring season, executive chef Diego Bolanos at Z\u2019Tejas has created a new menu. Asparagus, fresh fennel, fresh raspberries and thyme are a few of the seasonal ingredients that are highlighted in the new menu which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-appetizers\"><span id=\"appetizers\"><strong>Appetizers<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Diablo Eggs \u2013 <\/strong>Deviled eggs turned up. Topped with grilled Z\u2019 sausage, fresh jalapenos, mustard, bacon, and herbs. $10<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Z\u2019Queso Artichoke Dip &#8211;<\/strong> Artichoke, spinach, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, Parmesan cheese, served with chips. $11<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Goat Cheese Fritters\u00a0&#8211;<\/strong> Goat cheese, garlic, chipotle, raspberry mole sauce over a fennel &amp; mint salad. $12<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salad\"><span id=\"salad\"><strong>Salad<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Baby arugula with fresh raspberries,\u00a0 grilled asparagus, jalapeno bacon, shaved fennel, mint, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, raspberry chipotle dressing. $12<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entrees\"><span id=\"entrees\"><strong>Entrees<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cilantro Shrimp Primavera &#8211; <\/strong>Grilled asparagus, onion, roasted red and poblano peppers, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, angel hair pasta\u00a0with a lemon, chipotle, wine butter sauce. $18\u00a0<em>Pairing:\u00a0<\/em>S<em>imi Chardonnay<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Stuffed Artichoke Chicken &#8211;<\/strong> Mushrooms, spinach, garlic, artichokes, agave soy mustard cream, served with grilled asparagus and roasted poblano &amp; cheese mashed potatoes. $18\u00a0<em>Pairing: Rufflino Lumina Pinot Grigio<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Carne Asada Plate &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Z\u2019Tejas Skirt steak, served with rice, choice of black beans or pork boraccho pinto beans, choice of flour or corn tortillas. $15<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dessert\"><span id=\"dessert\"><strong>Dessert<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lemon Cheesecake Bars \u2013<\/strong> topped with fresh berries. $6<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This new menu will be served March 15 through May 24 and both Valley Z\u2019Tejas locations &#8211;&nbsp;7221 W. Ray Rd. in Chandler and 10625 N.
