Now\u2019s the time to make Valentine\u2019s Day reservations at three of the East Valley\u2019s most popular \u201cdate night\u201d dining spots.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cuisine & Wine Bistro, Copper & Logs, and B Gastrobar released their special Valentine\u2019s Day menus this week featuring an array of specials for the romantic holiday on Sunday, Feb. 14. Each menu has a fixed price per person or couple and reservations are available from 4 to 9 p.m. at all three.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cWe are expecting all three of our restaurants to fill up reserved spaces very quickly,\u201d says Mairead Buschtetz, who oversees operations at the three restaurants that she co-owns with her husband, Fabrice, executive chef for the three establishments.<\/p>\n\n\n

Guests may choose an elegant dinner of French cuisine with wine pairings selected by Sommelier Killian Buschtetz at the family\u2019s flagship restaurant, Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Chandler. Price per person is $120.<\/p>\n\n\n

Chef Fabrice\u2019s menu for Cuisine & Wine Bistro begins with an amuse bouche of mini crab cakes served with spicy aioli, followed by diners\u2019 choice of two starters: crawfish bisque cappuccino or honey-glazed duck breast with cauliflower mousseline. <\/p>\n\n\n

The next course is a goat cheese salad with mixed greens and roasted nuts, followed by a choice of three entrees: Lobster Thermidor with aged Parmesan risotto; Beef Wellington au jus with a vegetable tian; or wild halibut papillote with beurre orange.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dessert is a choice between raspberry and dark chocolate mousse or espresso cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e with chocolate truffle.<\/p>\n\n\n

Chef Steven Buschtetz, who runs the kitchen at B Gastrobar in Gilbert, created an eclectic selection of favorites with the diner\u2019s choice of a bottle of Prosecco, Chardonnay, or Cabernet Sauvignon. For $75, a couple will start the evening with smoked salmon tartare, then continue the celebration with Chef Steven\u2019s mixed board, featuring brie, goat cheese, jam, roasted nuts, homemade pickles, artisan bread and two side salads.<\/p>\n\n\n

Finish with an assortment of desserts: Belgian chocolate souffl\u00e9 with a raspberry heart, salted caramel mousse, vanilla ice cream and French macaron. <\/p>\n\n\n

At Copper & Logs in Gilbert, Chef Mike Maitrel-Burgard crafted a menu featuring choices of three starters, three entrees and two desserts at $70 per person for the meal. Starter choices are: prosciutto and cantaloupe millefeuille, tuna and shrimp ceviche with lime cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, or eggplant caprese topped with elote. <\/p>\n\n\n

Entr\u00e9e choices are: duck breast and saut\u00e9ed mushroom sauce, potato mousseline and zucchini spaghetti, Atlantic salmon filet, beurre blanc, bell peppers polenta and charred Brussels sprouts, or <\/em>ratatouille risotto, garlic and Parmesan roasted cauliflower steak and tomato broth.<\/p>\n\n\n

All restaurants require reservations to ensure guests\u2019 and staff safety.<\/p>\n\n\n

Medieval Times<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

From now through Feb. 15, couples can purchase a Valentine’s Day package to make their visit to\u00a0Medieval\u00a0Times\u00a0extra special.\u00a0 For a cost of $49.95 ($70 retail value), couples receive:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

    Kasai Japenese Steakhouse<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

    Kasai Japanese Steakhouse is a sleek Japanese eatery specializing in teppanyaki, sushi and craft cocktails. The Scottsdale restaurant creates an unparalleled dining experience and is the perfect place to celebrate Valentine\u2019s Day. With 14 teppanyaki tables throughout, the high-energy restaurant is the first in Arizona to offer a hoodless teppan table dining experience. <\/p>\n\n\n

    On Valentine\u2019s Day, the locally owned restaurant will offer Chateaubriand for two ($65 per couple\u2014not including gratuity) that includes roasted potatoes and broccolini with chocolate covered strawberries as a dessert.
