The&nbsp;introduction was written by acclaimed local restaurateur and sommelier T. Scott Stephens, co-owner of Beckett\u2019s Table and Southern Rail in Phoenix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The guide is then divided into sections based on Arizona\u2019s wine regions.
