(The bar bites menu is a collection of five or six menu items that are much smaller than an entr\u00e9e but a meal can easily be made of them. In fact, you can order the bar bites as you wish or you can do a tasting of the bar bites, sample them all, for $50.)<br \/>\nTomorrow night, Noca and chef Curtiss will welcome chef Doug Robson of Gallo Blanco Cafe. Here is the anticipated menu:<br \/>\n<strong>First Course<\/strong><br \/>\nDuo of Hirame<br \/>\nCeviche: Lime, Orange, Garlic, Onion, Basil, Cilantro, Jalape\u00f1o<br \/>\nCrudo: Trio of Apple<br \/>\n<strong>Second Course<\/strong><br \/>\nBlue Cornmeal Crepe Enchiladas<br \/>\nMushrooms, Spinach, Onions, Corn, Basil<br \/>\n<strong>Third Course <\/strong><br \/>\nButter Poached Prime Flat Iron<br \/>\nPommes Pur\u00e9e, Balsamic Glazed Cipollini Onions, Broccoli Rabe,<br \/>\nCrispy Bone Marrow, Bordelaise<br \/>\n<strong>Dessert<\/strong><br \/>\nChurros<br \/>\nMilk Jam, Mexican Hot Chocolate<br \/>\n<strong>Supplemental Course<br \/>\n<\/strong>Duo of Berkshire Pork Belly ($15 Supplement)<br \/>\nSopa: Tomatillo,\u00a0Salsa, Cotija Cheese<br \/>\nSlider: Spicy Napa Cabbage Slaw, Pickled Red Onion, Sweet and Sour Demi<br \/>\nVegetarian and special dietary menus are available when you reserve your spot. Wine or beer pairings are available for each dish for $22.<br \/>\nOther good news for Noca lovers&#8211;and fried chicken enthusiasts&#8211;the Oct. 25 Simple Sunday Supper with be a three-course fried chicken throwdown between chef Curtiss and Larry White of the beloved Lo Lo&#8217;s Chicken and Waffles.
