Just because Oktoberfest in Munich is canceled this year doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t still don your dirndl and lederhosen. Dog Haus has it covered, so you can still prost<\/em> with a beer in one hand and a sausage in the other.<\/p>\n\n\n

Starting Sept. 19, guests can say \u201cdanke sch\u00f6n\u201d to Dog Haus for bringing back its famed\u00a0Oktoberw\u00fcrst<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a one-third pound Cajun-spiced Emmental cheese stuffed bierwurst, topped with caramelized onions, sauerkraut, mustard aioli, and scallions, all served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.\u00a0Created by Dog Haus\u00a0W\u00fcrstmacher\u00a0and TV personality\u00a0Adam Gertler, this sausage beast will be available at Dog Haus locations nationwide through Oct. 31.<\/p>\n\n\n

As part of its\u00a0Chef Collaboration Series<\/strong><\/a>, Dog Haus will donate $1 of the purchase price from every\u00a0Oktoberw\u00fcrst\u00a0sold to the restaurant\u2019s national charity partner\u00a0No Kid Hungry<\/a>,<\/strong> whose mission is to end childhood hunger in America.<\/p>\n\n\n

For guests looking to\u00a0celebrate at home, participating Dog Haus locations are offering a DIY Oktoberw\u00fcrst Pod Party Kit and Oktoberw\u00fcrst Pod Party Pack, Sept. 19-Oct. 31! The DIY kit allows guests to grill their own sausages at home with everything they need to craft six Oktoberw\u00fcrsts for just $46, including hand-crafted sausages, King\u2019s Hawaiian rolls, sauerkraut, caramelized onions, mustard aioli and scallions. <\/p>\n\n\n

Or, if guests prefer to pick up a ready-to-eat pack of this limited-time item, guests can order a Pod Party Pack of six or more to score 10% off. $6 from every DIY kit and pack sold will be donated to No Kid Hungry.<\/p>\n\n\n
