\nIf you thought ros\u00e9 couldn’t get any summery-er, think again. This refreshing sorbet from\u00a0The Clambake Ros\u00e9<\/a> begs to be enjoyed poolside or to cap off a barbecue.
\nClambake Ros\u00e9 Sorbet<\/strong>
\n2 C Clambake Ros\u00e9 Wine
\n\u00be C pomegranate juice
\n\u00bd C sugar
\n12 frozen black cherries<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Put the 2 cups of ros\u00e9 in a saucepan bring to boil and reduce to \u00be cups. Cool.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Make a simple syrup using \u00bd cup sugar and \u00bd of pomegranate juice. Put both ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the frozen cherries an let seep until cool.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Combine the reduced ros\u00e9, simple syrup with cherries and the remaining \u00bc cup pomegranate juice into a blender and puree.<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Chill well in refrigerator.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Using your ice cream maker. Follow instructions to make the sorbet.<\/em><\/li>\n
  6. Freeze at least four to six hours.
