LON\u2019s at the Hermosa<\/strong>\u2019s Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and Director of Beverage of Arizona Distilling Co. Micah Olson will join forces Feb. 5 to create a one-of-a-kind dinner featuring globally inspired Arizona cuisine and award-winning handcrafted spirits. Each course will allow the featured spirit to shine by serving it both neat and in a cocktail. The event takes place 6 to 9 p.m. with a cocktail reception on the Last Drop patio. Koibito Poke<\/a><\/strong>, a local build-your-own-custom-poke-bowl restaurant that has grown to include six Arizona locations since its inception in May of 2017, has announced grand opening celebrations \u2014 and specials \u2014 for its newest location open in Park West. In celebration of the newest location opening, Koibito Poke in Peoria is offering buy one, get one 50 percent off on bowls from Monday, Jan. 20, through Thursday, Jan. 23. All day on Friday, Jan. 24, a portion of all proceeds will benefit the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation. Plus, Saturday, Jan. 25 serves as the restaurant\u2019s official grand opening celebration and the first 50 guests will receive a free small bowl (while supplies last, no exclusions).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

Outstanding in the Field is the world\u2019s first pop-up restaurant in a farm field–and it will host a memorable event in Phoenix next month. Part of its 2020 Winter Tour<\/a>, OITF at Pinnacle Farms<\/a><\/strong> takes place Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. with guest farmer Janna Anderson and guest chefs Samantha Sanz, Chuck Kazmer and Lance Whipple of Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North.
