Every day during the month, in addition to its regular menu, the Gilbert restaurant is serving up a unique burger (including a few ideas from customers!) using local, natural ground chuck.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Plus, any guest who eats 10 different burgers gets a\u00a0$50 gift card. If they eat all 31 varieties, they get a\u00a0$250 gift card. (The guest must keep all receipts and turn them in the first week of September for verification.)<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s the Burger Days schedule at Liberty Market:<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 1: Short Rib &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, blue cheese sauce, roasted onion and arugula on onion bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 2: Carne Asada &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, drunken beans, grilled green onions, cotija cheese and guacamole on onion bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 3: Buffalo Blue Cheese Fry &#8211; <\/strong>8-oz.\u00a0 bison patty, curly fries, buffalo cheese sauce, blue cheese and chives on a pretzel bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 4: French Onion &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, sherry-caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese, fresh garlic aioli and au jus on a ciabatta bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 5: Philly Cheese Steak &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, Cheese Whizz, roasted peppers, provolone cheese and onions on ciabatta bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 6: Torta Style &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, adobo braised pork, beans, jalape\u00f1o salsa, crema, cotija cheese, avocado and cabbage slaw on a bollio bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 7: The Issac &#8211;<\/strong> 8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, pesto aioli, fried fresh mozzarella, bacon and tomato on an Italian rosemary bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 8: Chicken Katsu &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, fried chicken, jalape\u00f1o aioli slaw and Katsu sauce on a sesame bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 9: Cajun Shrimp &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, roasted red bell peppers and onions and Tabasco aioli on a ciabatta bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 10: Breakfast Nduja &#8211;<\/strong> 8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, sunny-side-up egg, grain mustard, Seahive cheese and arugula on ciabatta round.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 11: Anti-Pasto &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, fried mozzarella, salami, marinated artichoke, roasted red peppers, pesto and arugula on a Kalamata olive bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 12: Korean BBQ &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, Korean bbq sauce, cabbage nauc cham slaw, sesame seeds, rice wine cucumbers on a brioche bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 13: Whiskey Onion &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz. Arizona-raised beef patty, BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese and whiskey onions on fried cheddar cheese as the bun.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>August 14: Hatch-Frito &#8211; <\/strong>8 oz.
