From Friday, May 17, through Sunday, May 26, participating restaurants around the Valley offer guests dining specials and menus apart from their usual bill of fare.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>During Spring ARW, the three-course, prix-fixe menus are available for $33 or $44 per person.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u201cArizona Restaurant Week has become one of the most popular dining events in the state,\u201d says Arizona Restaurant Association president and CEO, Steve Chucri in a press release. \u201cWe are proud to have a hand in sharing our state\u2019s culinary chops with residents and visitors alike, and give our local restaurants a platform to showcase their amazing talents through a fun and creative outlet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Restaurants currently set to participate in Spring ARW include Hearth &#8217;61, elements, Prado, Roaring Fork, The Melting Pot, The Canal Club, Bourbon &amp; Bones, Different Pointe of View, Fat Ox, T.
