Cavatappi Pasta<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd c. whole milk<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lb. smoked Gouda, grated<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lb. sharp cheddar, grated<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. ground white pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c. chopped chives , optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>In a large deep sided skillet, bring 4 c. of water to a boil over high heat. Once, boiling add the cavatappi pasta and 1 tsp. kosher salt. Chicken Wings<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd onion powder<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Red Wine BBQ Sauce:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 c. Spoken Barrel Meritage<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd c. ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c. red wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c. honey<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. onion powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Preheat a grill to 350\u00b0 F. In a large bowl toss the wings with the next 6 ingredients. Arrange the wings evenly on the grill, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and the skin is crisp, roughly 45 minutes.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan bring 1 cup of Spoken Barrel Meritage to a boil. Reduce the wine by half (1\/2 cup). Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium low heat, until thickened and flavorful, then remove from the heat.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>In a large bowl, toss the grilled wings with the red wine BBQ sauce.
