\nThere are a variety of ways to celebrate Pops at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia.<\/strong><\/a> Dad\u2019s Day Brunch at Prado takes place from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the whole family can savor home-made breakfast breads, locally made sausages, imported Spanish cheeses and live action stations (plus gluten-free eats).\u00a0 Special features just for Dad include a carving station of wood-fired prime New York strip; chicken and waffles with barrel-aged bourbon syrup plus Prado\u2019s famous kale salad.
