Last night, I got to try out some serious deliciousness at his latest venture, Blanco Tacos + Tequila at The Borgata (where Taneko Tavern used to reside). My hopes were high (there is a Tucson location and my former Wildcat co-worker is a big fan) and my expectations were <em>exceeded<\/em>. I would happily make a meal out of this alone&#8211;so if you see a brunette hoarding chips and guac in a corner booth, come say hello.
