One dollar from the proceeds of each of these cocktails sold will be donated to the Friends of Pinnacle Peak Park, a volunteer group that ensures Pinnacle Peak Park is maintained and cared for on a daily basis.<br \/>\nLocally owned and operated, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grimaldispizzeria.com\/\"><strong>Grimaldi\u2019s Pizzeria<\/strong><\/a>, has extended its Stoking Hour to seven days a week starting Monday, March 19. Stoking Social Hour is from 3:30 to 6 p.m. and includes a new special of $15 off bottles of wine (excludes house wine), $2 off draft beer, $3 off glasses of wine, $3 off antipasto and bruschetta, $3 off signature cocktails.<br \/>\nMake happy hour a little sweeter with two for one ice cream specials daily at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/splurgephx.com\/\"><strong>Splurge at the Orchard<\/strong><\/a> from 3 to 6 p.m.<br \/>\nFrom 6:30 to 9 p.m., <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairmont.com\/scottsdale\/dining\/la-hacienda\/\"><strong>La Hacienda at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess<\/strong> <\/a>hosts the Tequila Throwdown where bartenders compete against one another to craft the best tequila cocktail.
