\nTomaso\u2019s<\/strong> <\/a>on\u00a0the\u00a0Camelback\u00a0Corridor\u00a0and Tomaso’s When in Rome<\/strong><\/a> in North Scottsdale\u00a0will\u00a0have an Italian-style\u00a0Thanksgiving menu.\u00a0The\u00a0menu with\u00a0Italian twists on American favorites\u00a0will\u00a0include\u00a0a soup, salad,\u00a0choice of\u00a0one\u00a0pasta,\u00a0and\u00a0choice\u00a0of\u00a0one\u00a0entr\u00e9e. Pasta options will include ricotta and spinach ravioli\u00a0paired with a butter-sage sauce or the savory rigatoni\u00a0with spare rib and black truffle\u00a0rag\u00f9. A few of the delectable entr\u00e9e options include traditional roasted turkey\u00a0served\u00a0with\u00a0golden\u00a0raisin and pecan\u00a0corn bread stuffing and\u00a0butternut squash\u00a0croquette.\u00a0Tomaso\u2019s regular menu will\u00a0also\u00a0be offered\u00a0and reservations are\u00a0recommended.\u00a0Thanksgiving Day hours will be 12 to 9:30 p.m. at both restaurants.
\nOn Thanksgiving Day, Proof<\/strong> <\/a>at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North will serve a three-course dinner including spiced sweet potato soup, a choice of traditional turkey or applewood-smoked maple pork shoulder with all fixings and a pumpkin spice molten chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream for dessert. Proof will start the holiday dinner offerings at 4 p.m., and its\u00a0a la carte menu also will be available. Talavera\u2019s<\/strong> <\/a>spectacular Thanksgiving dinner buffet will offer an impressive display also at the resort, including a raw seafood bar, carving station with maple-brined, smoked turkey and slow-roasted prime rib, sweet potato gnocchi cooked to order, cheeses and charcuterie, farmers\u2019 market salads and all the Thanksgiving side dishes and trimmings. Dinner will be served from noon to 6 p.m. Reservations are required. (Talavera will not serve an a la carte menu on Thanksgiving Day.)
\nScramble \u2013 A Breakfast & Lunch Joint<\/strong><\/a> in Phoenix and Scottsdale announced that both restaurants will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving day. Scramble is featuring two specials for Thanksgiving, a pumpkin spice latte and a Harvest Burrito, filled with sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, peppers, onions, eggs and turkey with a side of hash browns.
\nHotel Valley Ho<\/strong><\/a> in Downtown Scottsdale is serving up a variety of Thanksgiving feasts this year. Savor a full buffet at Sands, including turkey, honey ham, stuffing, seafood, a salad bar, and desserts like smoked pecan pie and hazelnut brown butter bread pudding. The hotel\u2019s signature restaurant, ZuZu, is offering a four-course, pre-fixe menu featuring artichoke and fennel tart, roasted pumpkin soup, turkey with all the classic sides, and a choice of pie. Or, guests can dine a la carte from the restaurant\u2019s seasonal menus. \nSheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass<\/a>‘\u00a0Ko\u2019Sin<\/strong> restaurant<\/a> will offer a traditional four-course prix-fixe menu for both lunch and dinner from noon to 8 p.m.\u00a0 Entr\u00e9e selections include; house made mushroom cannelloni served with butternut squash, brussels sprouts and a smoked provolone fondue, roasted tom turkey alongside sage stuffing, citrus poached cranberry, buttered root vegetable and herb gravy, and a beef pot roast with rutabaga, heirloom carrot, whipped Yukon potato and savory cabernet jus. Sweet offerings include pumpkin pie with mesquite grahams, a chocolate pecan torte with butternut velout\u00e9, chestnut stuffing and sage, or a stone fruit crisp served with buttermilk ice cream, native oat streusel and powdered sugar dust. \nAvailable for four days only (Nov. 19 through Nov. 22), don’t miss chicken fried turkey season at TEXAZ Grill<\/strong><\/a>. Top it off with a savory, slow-cooked white cream gravy with homemade mashed potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce on the side.\u00a0The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving.
\nThis Thanksgiving, Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails<\/a><\/strong> will be open for lunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring the full lunch menu with a few a la carte brunch specials. Blue Hound will also be open for dinner from 3 to 9 p.m. featuring the full dinner menu with a few Thanksgiving specials including butternut squash soup with five spice cr\u00e8me fraiche and julienne apple; pumpkin gnocchi with pork belly, kale, mushrooms and scallions; and slow-roasted Red Bird Farms turkey with mashed potatoes, green chile cornbread stuffing, cranberry relish and gravy. \nFrom Nov. 8 to Nov. 22, get a taste of all your Thanksgiving table favorites in just one bite thanks to the new Thanksgiving Turducken Burger special at Hopdoddy<\/strong><\/a>.
