\nFrom Friday, June 30, through Tuesday, July 4, guests of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess<\/strong><\/a> or those dining same-evening at the resort’s La Hacienda, Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, Bourbon Steak or Ironwood American Kitchen restaurants are invited to check out Fairmont’s stunning fireworks displays at 9 p.m. each evening.
\nOn Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2, Mountain Shadows<\/strong> will host\u00a0Red,\u00a0White & Ros\u00e9<\/a>, a pool party at its Citizens Club Pool. Enjoy festive, holiday-theme craft cocktails, delicious food, lively music and luxurious poolside cabanas. For dessert, a yummy strawberry shortcake.
\nCold Beers and Cheeseburgers<\/strong><\/a> is offering its all-American Burger and a domestic draught accompanied by chips for $12. Offer is valid at all locations, all day on the 4th<\/sup>.

\nMill Ave.’s Pedal Haus Brewery<\/strong><\/a> will feature yard-style games accompanied by $5 steins on select beers.
\nOn July 4\u00a0only, from 4 to 10 p.m., Sonata\u2019s Restaurant<\/strong><\/a> in Scottsdale is offering a special Independence Day dinner featuring a smoked pastrami-style pork chop with tomato agrodolce sauce, sweet corn grits, and charred broccolini for the price of $28 per person.
\nOn Tuesday, July 4, guests are invited to Salty Sow<\/strong><\/a> and Roaring Fork<\/strong><\/a> in Scottsdale to celebrate Independence Day with a special \u201cDinner On Us\u201d (buy one entree, get one free) treat beginning at 4 p.m.
\nSprinkles Cupcakes<\/strong><\/a> is rolling out one of their most anticipated seasonal flavors in honor of the upcoming holiday: lemon blueberry. Sprinkles is also offering its 4th<\/sup> of July Box, filled with six lemon blueberry and six red velvet cupcakes, all topped with patriotic stars. The lemon blueberry flavor and\u00a04th<\/sup> of July Box will be available from July 1 to July 9.
\nBrimming over with 40 miniature Mexican favorites (think mini chimis, taquitos and more served up alongside guacamole, hot sauce and a big bag of chips), Someburros<\/strong> <\/a>Fiesta Platters are a fan favorite, and they are available for only $36 in honor of Independence Day (regularly $46). Ideal for between 10 to 12 party guests, the platters are available for pickup any day between June 30 and July 4 at Someburros locations in Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Flagstaff. All Fiesta Platter orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
\nCelebrate the 4th of July with a barbecue feast from Bobby Q’s<\/strong> <\/a>at home. Available on to-go orders only, The July Four six-person feast features one pound of hand-sliced smoked prime beef brisket, one pound of seasoned Pulled Pork, six large buns, and a 5-oz. bottle of Bobby Q\u2019s signature BBQ sauce. The July Four is $35 and is available at both Valley locations.
\nThis 4th of July weekend, Sandbar Mexican Grill<\/a><\/strong> will feature several food specials including BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese, beef sliders, $5 America-ritas and $5 Apple and Bomb Pop Shots. Sandbar’s 4th of July specials will run from Saturday, July 1, through Tuesday, July 4, at both Valley locations.
\nRnR <\/a><\/strong>will feature their famous weekend brunch on Tuesday, July 4 featuring Keep ‘Em Coming mimosas and Bloody Marys for $19.95 with an entree purchase from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.\u00a0 Plus, they will have live music from 7 to 10 p.m. with local artists.

Drink specials include a fresh watermelon mojito ($4), a frozen blue margarita ($4), 4th of July jello shots ($3) and Bud drafts ($3).
