While The Grill&#8217;s emphasis has always been on top-notch steaks, it is now paying equal attention to its seafood selections, which are flown in daily. The charred calamari salad and trio of lobster were delicious&#8211;as was the NY Strip (of course). For dessert, the warm cherry-apple cobbler was the ultimate comfort food, especially on a cool autumn evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Grill is now also offering a sweet midweek deal: Prime &amp; Wine Wednesdays. Basically, for about $40, diners can indulge in a three-course prix fixe menu\u00a0 (including\u00a0a fresh farmer&#8217;s salad, a prime rib of beef with a baked potato and a molten German chocolate cake with coconut sorbet) and a glass of wine. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairmont.com\/scottsdale\" target=\"_blank\"
