\nBLT Steak <\/strong>This Camelback Inn restaurant is one of chef Laurent Tourondel\u2019s few eateries in the Southwest. While the steak takes first place here, the incredible views (as seen through the lovely floor-to-ceiling windows) and the to-die-for popovers are both close seconds. 5402 E. \nJ&G Steakhouse\u00a0<\/strong>As the replacement for Mary Elaine\u2019s at The Phoenician, Jean-Georges Vongerichten\u2019s J&G Steakhouse has some big shoes to fill\u2013and fill \u2019em it did. I adore J&G\u2019s masculine-yet-glam atmosphere\u2013almost as much as I adore its steaks and finger-licking sauces. The b\u00e9arnaise, in fact, might be my favorite in the Valley. \nBourbon Steak <\/strong>For a pretty penny, you can order up some A5 waygu at this Michael Mina restaurant at Fairmont Scottsdale. (It\u2019ll melt in your mouth. A true treat.) I\u2019m also a big fan of the cowboy rib eye and\u00a0the tempting trio duck fat fries.\u00a0They\u2019ll make you question every fry you\u2019ve ever eaten. 7575 E. Bourbon Steak's Duck Fat Fries<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nThe Grill <\/strong>This\u00a0restaurant, also located at Fairmont Scottsdale, overlooks the 18th hole\u00a0of TPC Scottsdale, and oozes romance. (A great retreat for a mom-and-dad date.) \nRed\u2019s Steakhouse <\/strong>Yes, Red\u2019s Steakhouse is located at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa. Which is located in Litchfield Park. Which can be a bit of a trek. However, it\u2019s worth a drive for Red\u2019s family-style servings and impeccable corn-fed meats. \nThe Capital Grille <\/strong>This steakhouse\u2019s dry-aged selections are delicious and the proportions will surely satisfy big appetites. Get the calamari and lobster macaroni and cheese. Various Valley locations. http:\/\/www.thecapitalgrille.com\/<\/a>.
\nFleming\u2019s Prime Steakhouse\u00a0& Wine Bar <\/strong>If your pops loves wine as much as he loves a good steak, try Fleming\u2019s this Father\u2019s Day\u2013the restaurant offers 100 different wines by the glass.
