In a shaker, combine ingredients and shake until blended.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 2. Strain over new ice into cocktail glass and top with Prosecco.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 3. Garnish with lime wheel and floating rose petals.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Rose Syrup\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n30 grams rose petals<br \/>\n500 grams sugar<br \/>\n20 ounces water<br \/>\n<em>1. Combine ingredients in a pot and place on stove.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 2.
