\nWe have long been fans on\u00a0The Living Room wine caf\u00e9 & lounge<\/a>\u00a0(and its five locations throughout the state, including a newbie at Gainey Ranch which just opened in the fall). Now, The Living Room has introduced a super-cool sister restaurant and neighbor in Downtown Ocotillo,\u00a0LA SALA Tequila Cant<\/a>ina<\/span>. And good news, Scottsdalites: LA SALA Gainey Ranch soft opens Thursday, Feb. 2, at 4 p.m. with an official opening set for Feb. 13.
\nLA SALA uses authentic recipes to create from-scratch and mesquite-grilled flavors of Mexico and Latin America. Menu standouts include Latin Caesar salad with dried corn and cotija, table-side prepared guacamole, Yucatan posole, pollo ramen, chipotle brisket, and a selection of daily specials. To complement the dining lineup are award-winning margaritas and mescal cocktails. For dessert, the homemade churros are a must.
