\nThose 60-degree days are here! To keep warm on those chilly evenings, try out this spicy, veggie-packed chowder recipe from Aaron Pool of\u00a0Gadzooks\u00a0Enchiladas & Soup.
\nSpicy Potato and Corn Chowder<\/strong>
\n12 oz. poblano peppers
\n4 oz. garlic
\n4 oz. jalapeno peppers
\n3 oz. serrano peppers
\n16 oz. diced onion (yellow, white, or red, whichever you prefer)
\n12 oz. celery
\n9.5 oz. bell pepper
\n7 lbs. potato
\n32 oz. water
\n4 lbs. mashed potato
\nsalt and pepper to taste
\n6 oz. cilantro
\n8 C corn<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Roast peppers in oven until blistered.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. In a large pot heat oil and saut\u00e9 onion, bell pepper, celery and potatoes for 10 minutes, or until translucent.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Add roasted pepper to pot.<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Add water, mashed potato, salt, pepper, cilantro and corn to pot.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Boil until tender.<\/em><\/li>\n
  6.
