\nWith four Valley locations, Snooze, an a.m. eatery<\/a>\u00a0(pictured, The Goodness Cake), isn’t just delicious, it is super convenient as well. Send your taste buds on a adventure by ordering up a pancake flight (be sure to include the pineapple upside-down cake pancake) or settle in for something a little healthier, like quinoa porridge or an egg white frittata.
\nMatt’s Big Breakfast<\/a> was one of the first to showcase breakfast as the most important meal of the day. At its three Valley locations (including one at the airport), dig into the made-from-scratch griddlecakes with sweet cream and real maple syrup or, for a heartier repast, The Hog & Chick, with thick-cut bacon or country sausage, is sure to keep you satisfied all day long.
\nA long list of delicious dishes and a friendly, family atmosphere makes Over Easy<\/a> a Valley favorite for malted waffles, egg bennies, breakfast sandwiches and its earth-stopping blueberry pancakes. To drink, the\u00a0Over Easy iced coffee–cold brewed coffee with cinnamon and cardamom, mixed
\nwith sweetened condensed milk and mint–will perk you, and your taste buds, right up.
\nAt Phoenix’s Fame Caffe<\/a>, you will find a super-cute, casual atmosphere and breakfast dishes that look like a work of art. The “Frenchie” toast or Parisian omelet will transport you to a corner cafe in France, and you can’t overlook the gorgeous desserts that await in the pastry case. Even the berry parfait or simple cup of oats at Fame is something special.
\nOpened since 1989, The Farmhouse<\/a> has long been a staple in Downtown Gilbert. On the weekends, you will find people mingling outside the restaurant, awaiting a table and platefuls of dishes Grandma would make: hearty omelets, egg tacos, buttermilk pancakes and much more. The cozy, comfortable atmosphere is the icing on the, er, cinnamon roll.

\nButters Pancakes & Cafe<\/a> in Scottsdale offers up a little something for just about every taste: scramblers, skillets and omelets for a hearty appetite and fruit and grains for those wanting a lighter repast. But to settle a sweet tooth, Butters has a huge selection of over-the-top pancakes, French toast and crepes. The Nutella-banana crepe, Oreo smores pancake and taffy apple French toast would be just as welcome on a dessert menu.
\nWhen at Scramble, a breakfast joint<\/a>, you can’t go wrong with ordering a filling breakfast pizza–or “brizza.” Towering with scrambled eggs, veggies, cheese and meat, just a slice or two of brizza will keep a belly happy through to lunch. The apple-cinnamon energy cakes make a great pre- or post-workout dish while the flavor-packed Phoenix omelet, with chorizo, green chiles, cheddar and pico de gallo, is a hearty start to the day.
