Chef Isaac Carter, at the helm of Crab &amp; Mermaid, is also the executive chef of Bourbon &amp; Bones.\u00a0\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to launch Bourbon &amp; Bones to fill the fine dining void in Old Town Scottsdale while bringing the finest quality meats, classic handcrafted cocktails and a few more surprises with that modern twist that\u2019s perfect for our downtown Scottsdale
