\nIt\u2019s back! The Monthly Mashup series returns this fall to Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North<\/a>, marking the arrival of one of the favorite annual events of Valley foodies. Kicking off Sunday, Sept. 11, a prominent local chef joins forces with Talavera\u2019s Executive Chef Mel Mecinas for a one-of-a-kind, four-course tasting menu each month through December.
\n\u201cEach month brings a new challenge \u2013 and new level of excitement \u2013 both behind the scenes for the chefs, and in the dining room for our guests,\u201d says Mecinas. \u201cBrainstorming the menu is half the fun; you never know what to expect! Each chef brings their own unique perspective and culinary expertise to the process.\u201d
