With a spatula press each burger down further to form thin patties. Let them caramelize for three to four minutes without moving to form a good crust. Flip the burger and cook for another two to three minutes. Reduce the heat to medium low.\u00a0<\/em><em>Meanwhile, spread some aioli\u00a0on both sides of each\u00a0toasted bun. \u00a0<\/em><em>Place the cooked cheeseburgers on the toasted buns. Top each burger with\u00a0bacon, avocado, spinach and a fried egg.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0Mexican Coleslaw<\/strong><br \/>\n5\u00a0Tbs\u00a0Vinegar<br \/>\n\u00bd cup sugar<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tsp ground mustard<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\n2 cups mayonnaise<br \/>\n1\u00a0lb\u00a0of super slaw mix<br \/>\n1\u00a0jalapeno\u00a0(finely\u00a0diced)<br \/>\n1 bunch cilantro<br \/>\n1 lime<br \/>\n<em>Whisk vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt together until sugar is dissolved. \u00a0Add mayonnaise, diced jalapeno and whisk to mix. \u00a0Refrigerate for two hours. Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the super slaw mix. \u00a0Add dressing and fresh lime juice to the slaw mix and toss. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"May is
