Eatery<\/a>, has become a Valley hot spot for family-friendly morning feasting. At the restaurant&#8217;s most recent opening at Kierland Commons (which opened in late\u00a0summer 2015), we sampled\u00a0Snooze&#8217;s new spring-menu offerings.<br \/>\nTo perk up the taste buds, a bloody Mary is in order&#8211;and Snooze has several to choose from. The\u00a0Straight Up or Spicy is made\u00a0with habanero- and jalape\u00f1o-infused vodka for a morning drink with a kick while the Boss Hog makes the perfect pancake sidekick with smokey\u00a0bacon-infused\u00a0Cyrus Noble Bourbon. The Gazpacho bloody Mary features cucumber, pepper and garlic-infused Mell Vodka\u00a0for a zesty, fresh cocktail.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/?attachment_id=14337\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14337\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14337 pk-lqip pk-lazyload\"  src=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/20090057\/snooze-mojito-80x52.jpg\"  alt=\"snooze mojito\"  width=\"426\"  height=\"640\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-pk-src=\"http:\/\/www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/snooze-mojito.jpg\" ><\/a><br \/>\nThe new Mo Heat O is sure to make a splash come summertime. The refreshing blend of\u00a0Ancho Reyes Liqueur, mint, fresh lime, cane syrup and a soda splash packs a bit of heat that is balanced by a mojito&#8217;s signature sweetness for a unique, summery sip.<br \/>\nOnto the eats. The new\u00a0Early Harvest Benny uses ingredients not normally associated with eggs Benedicts to create a lighter, veggie-packed version of the breakfast staple. Griddled pesto\u00a0grit cakes are topped with a broccolini and wild mushroom ragout,\u00a0poached cage-free eggs, cream cheese hollandaise and roasted pepper coulis for a hearty yet healthy breakfast that you can feel good about. We&#8217;re particularly impressed with the grit cakes in lieu of a traditional English muffin. The\u00a0brand-new Goodness Cakes pack the same great taste that Snooze pancakes are known for but have a ton of healthy protein within. The batter is make with whole wheat and quinoa, which is hearty and filling, and the dish is topped with\u00a0blackberry maple syrup, honey-lemon yogurt and seasonal berries for some sweetness that is still good for you. (We&#8217;re told the Goodness Cakes batter can be used in any of the Snooze pancake dishes instead of the traditional buttermilk batter.)<br \/>\nThe Snooze spring menu is currently available at all four Valley locations:\u00a0Central Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert and Scottsdale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Snooze, an A.M.
