\nScramble \u2013 A Breakfast Joint<\/a>\u2019s Scottsdale location is continuing its \u201cThink Global \u2014 Eat Local\u201d Junior Edition for 2016, kicking off this week. The quarterly cooking classes are for youths ages 6 to 16 and take place from\u00a06 to 7:30 p.m. Executive Chef Rick Moses at Scramble Scottsdale will teach the hands-on classes with a vendor spotlight; youths must be accompanied by an adult.\u00a0The participants\u00a0will learn chef skills and cooking techniques, they get to eat what they\u2019ve cooked, and they take home a goodie bag with Scramble water bottles, aprons, samples, coupons and more.
\nClasses will be held:
\nMARCH 23:<\/strong> Cooking with eggs featuring Hickman\u2019s Family Farms<\/a>
\nJUNE 15:<\/strong> Cooking with vegetables featuring Peddler\u2019s Son Produce<\/a>
\nSEPTEMBER 14:<\/strong> Cooking with bread featuring Strictly from Scratch<\/a>
\nDECEMBER 7:<\/strong> Cooking with fruit featuring Sun Orchard Juicery<\/a>
\nThe cost is $25 per class or $80 for all four, and classes are transferable.
