Chef Marco DiSanto has released the menus and is ready to officially serve his first bowls of noodles Friday, Jan. 8.\u00a0This Friday,\u00a0guests can trade in a package of top ramen for a half-priced bowl of fresh, hot Otakumen-style ramen. The collected packages will then be donated to St. Mary\u2019s Food Bank after the grand opening.\u00a0Also, the first 50 guests in line at 11 a.m. this Friday with a package of top ramen can trade it in for a free\u00a0bowl of Otakumen-style ramen.<br \/>\nThrough Jan. 10, <strong>Hopdoddy Burger Bar<\/strong> is Scottsdale will offer a\u00a0Good Korma Burger featuring a curried red lentil patty, smothered in a spiced veggie Korma featuring curry, cashews and coconut cream, and topped off with homemade curried mustard. On the side, order the Mango Lassi shake, which is available through Jan. 17.<br \/>\nSave your spot for two events at\u00a0The Casablanca Lounge this month. Jan. 13:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/the-fort-collins-brewery-dinner-tickets-20265970062\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fort Collins Brewery Dinner<\/a><\/strong> features four courses paired with beer. The platter with two pieces of king crab (pictured), two pieces of shrimp and 10 pieces of assorted seasonal vegetables is perfect for sharing with friends over drinks or as a starter.<br \/>\nThe Boulders announces the reopening of <strong>the Bakery Caf\u00e9<\/strong>, located at the resort\u2019s el Pedregal marketplace.\u00a0 After an extensive summer makeover, the Bakery Caf\u00e9 is now a comfortably sophisticated spot for a morning espresso drink, breakfast, a fresh, healthy lunch or grab-n-go meals.\u00a0The Bakery Caf\u00e9\u2019s new interior is spacious, inviting and described as a melding of a European Espresso Bar with contemporary stylized features.<br \/>\n<strong>Infusion Coffee &amp;
