The classes are from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays.\u00a0Each class in the series is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity. Guests can receive 10 percent off the entire bill with dinner reservations at LON\u2019s and\/or guestroom reservations at The Hermosa Inn to follow.<br \/>\n2015\/2016 Lon&#8217;s at the Hermosa\u00a0Wines of the World Educational Series:<br \/>\n<em>Sunday, October 11: Pinot Noir<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sunday, November 15: Thanksgiving Wines<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sunday, January 10: Cabernet
