The resort will spotlight 11 epicurean events just as it has been doing for more than a quarter of a century.\u00a0Wright\u2019s at The Biltmore, the resort\u2019s signature restaurant, will host the multi-course Winemaker Dinners during which the\u00a0winemakers there to discuss their vintages, followed by after-dinner drinks and cigars.<br \/>\nThe 2015-2016 season of Winemaker Dinners at Arizona Biltmore:<br \/>\n<em>October 1, 2015\u00a0 &#8211; Jackson Family Wines, featuring Mt. Brave Cabernet Sauvignon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>November 5, 2015 &#8211; Robert Craig Winery, featuring Mountain Reds (Howell, Mt. Veeder, Affinity)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>December 3, 2015 &#8211; Taittinger\/Domaine Carneros, featuring Celebration Bubbles<\/em><br \/>\n<em>January 7, 2016 &#8211; Justin\/Landmark, featuring Isosceles<\/em><br \/>\n<em>February 3, 2016 &#8211; Cakebread Winery, featuring Reserve Chardonnay and Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>February 4, 2016 &#8211; Cakebread Winery, featuring Reserve Chardonnay and Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>March 3, 2016 &#8211; ZD Wines, featuring Reserve Chardonnay, Reserve Pinot Noir and Abacus XVII<\/em><br \/>\n<em>March 24, 2016 &#8211; Huneeus Vintners, featuring Faust Cabernet and Quintessa<\/em><br \/>\n<em>April 7, 2016 &#8211; Robert Mondavi, featuring Reserve selections and 50th Anniversary Maestro<\/em><br \/>\n<em>May 5, 2016 &#8211; Truchard Vineyards, featuring Roussane and Cabernet Franc<\/em><br \/>\n<em>June 2, 2016 &#8211; Sequoia Grove, featuring Cambium Cabernet Sauvignon<\/em><br \/>\nEach Winemaker Dinner is $120, plus tax and 18 percent gratuity. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 602.955.6600; the dinners prepaid. (Prepay nine dinners and get one dinner free.)
