This charming dining gem&#8211;complete with a patio full of 100-year-old trees and a gazebo bar&#8211;dishes up some of the Valley&#8217;s tastiest Mexican food, starting with, of course, margaritas.<br \/>\nThat Platinum Margarita is a traditional, high-quality margarita concocted of\u00a0Casamigos Silver Tequila, Cointreau and fresh citrus juice. It is perfectly refreshing for a hot Valley night (add some jalapenos for a spicy kick); plus, it comes with the shaker that contains the leftovers so you&#8217;re sure to get every last drop.<br \/>\nRich and indulgent, the chorizo fundido is the right way to kick off a meal at Old Town Tortilla Factory if your appetite is ready for something cheesy, melty meaty. The dish features a skillet of pepperjack cheese dip filled with chorizo and rajas. Because much of the chorizo and rajas settled toward the center of the skillet, be sure to give the cheese a good stir. You&#8217;ll want a bite of spicy chorizo in each bit. Plus, the tortilla chips are just right. Not too thin, not too thick. The meat has a tempting sweet and spicy flavor while the\u00a0sweet potato-stuffed green chile in an unexpected and delicious side dish. For something a little lighter&#8211;a perfect summer dish&#8211;try the\u00a0<span class=\"yellow_text\">grilled mahi mahi tacos. They are served with summery\u00a0<\/span>roasted corn guacamole and slightly spicy jalapeno sauce served with a side of pico black beans.<br \/>\n<span class=\"yellow_text\">Dessert at Old Town Tortilla Factory is a must. The big-as-your-head multi-layer chocolate cake is<\/span>\u00a0smothered with homemade raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
