All through April, you can enjoy this classic white pizza topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, shaved cheese blend and fresh arugula. Plus, Grimaldi\u2019s Pizzeria is bringing back (for a limited time only) the Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake or Reese\u2019s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake, also available through April.<br \/>\n<strong>Marcellino Ristorante<\/strong> (pictured) is celebrating five years in Old Town Scottsdale with a very special anniversary event on Saturday, April 25. For the event, International Brazilian recording star, Jim Porto, will appear for the first time in the USA. Porto will play two shows, at 7 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Dinner seatings are available for either performance. Guests will walk the red carpet and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly to kick off the night of celebrations. Chef Marcellino will offer his \u201cgreatest hits\u201d menu (a la carte pricing) that includes all of his signature dishes. Reservations are available only by calling the restaurant at 480.990.5500. Reservations start at 5:45 p.m.<br \/>\n<strong>Cowboy Ciao<\/strong> is hosting a Sunday night family-style wine dinner on April 26. Babak Motamedi, founder of the international winery guide <a href=\"http:\/\/Kazzit.com\">Kazzit.com,<\/a> will go duel with Cowboy Ciao\u2019s Peter Kasperski, starting at 6:30 p.m. For $50, guests will enjoy five courses, 10 wines and plenty of laughs. Call 480.946.3111 to reserve your spot.<br \/>\nThis year, <strong>Southern Rail<\/strong> is bringing the \u201cBig Easy\u201d spirit to uptown Phoenix with their Jazz Fest celebration on Sunday, April 26. Live jazz music, traditional dishes and drinks will accompany the signature New Orleans\u2019 good time from 5 to 9 p.m.<br \/>\n<strong>Brat Haus<\/strong> hosts Sausage Fest on Sunday, April 26 from noon to 8 p.m. A celebration of brats, pretzels, beer and sausage themed games, Sausage Fest coincides with National Pretzel Day and will feature Arizona\u2019s longest brat paired with Arizona\u2019s largest pretzel. Brat Haus will create and grill a massive 80-plus foot brat in celebration of Sausage Fest. Patrons can purchase a portion of the giant brat for $1 per inch, six inch minimum with 50 percent of the proceeds benefiting the ALS Association of Arizona.
