\nBloomin Brands Inc.\u2019s specialty concept, Bonefish Grill<\/a>, has made its debut in Arizona with a \u201cbang-bang\u201d \u2013 just like its incredibly seasoned shrimp appetizer. Bonefish\u2019s unique menu items gravitate toward the casually luxurious side with their own spin on Mediterranean cuisine.
\nTheir hope? To truly raise the bar in flavor and service in the Phoenix area. And, with their chocolate cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e alone, they\u2019ve done just that.
\nWhether you\u2019re sharing an appetizer at the community tables upon your entrance or celebrating a special evening at the Captain\u2019s Table, the inviting atmosphere will welcome you with open arms ready for the chef to deliver a special treat from their wood burning grill flavor.
\nWith more than 200 locations throughout the country and always striving to surprise and delight their guests, the chefs surely won\u2019t hold back on variety, flavor, nor fun. (Make sure to chuckle at some of the food item names).
\nWe\u2019ve stirred up a few of our favorite menu item to share:
\nIN the Copper Cup: The Mule: Bonefish Grill’s signature version of the classic “Moscow Mule.” Grey Goose, fresh lime, house-made ginger syrup, ginger beer. Finished in a rustic copper mug with crushed ice, fresh mint, and candied ginger.<\/em>
\nBang Bang Shrimp Po Boy: a must-have when visiting. Crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce with lettuce, tomato and Asian cucumbers.<\/em>
\nCilantro Lime Shrimp Salad: roasted corn, black beans, Feta, grape tomatoes, red onion, tortilla strips and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.<\/em>
\nBFG Crispy Street Tacos: tacos in a crispy wonton shell, finished with fresh romaine, mango salsa, lime crema and fresh herb pesto. Choose herb-grilled chicken, blackened baja fish or filet mignon.<\/em>
