Arizona\u2019s statewide salute to cocktails and cocktail culture is highlighted\u00a0once again by the all-day, all-night\u00a0Cocktail\u00a0Carnival\u00a0at the Hotel Valley Ho\u00a0on Saturday,\u00a0Feb. 14. This poolside partywill showcase\u00a0dozens of\u00a0vendor booths, carnival games, circus\u00a0performers, live performances from up-and-coming local bands, and countless cocktail tastings.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0Last Slinger Standing Event, on Monday, Feb. 16, now pits three neighboring states against one another, as Arizona\u2019s best bartenders are up against the best from Colorado and Nevada\u00a0as well as the Wild Card\u00a0competitor from Utah, all representing their\u00a0United States Bartender\u2019s Guild Chapter.<br \/>\nThere will be even more pop-up bars and an expanded lineup of both\u00a0nationally\u00a0renowned and locally\u00a0grown mixologists leading interactive tastings and educational seminars. Arizona Cocktail Week also welcomes the Artisanal Spirit &amp; Cocktail Market showcasing the finest in craft and boutique spirits, small-batch bitters, farm-fresh ingredients, demos and tastings in an appealing farmer\u2019s market-style format.
