Fruit pies are $20 each. Folks will be able to purchase Rock Springs Caf\u00e9\u2019s Jack Daniels pecan, pumpkin and mixed berry crumb pies as well as a varied assortment of cream and fruit pies.\u00a0 All pies are freezable. Pies will be available for pick-up from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays. (Must pay for pie at time of purchase and\/or at time of pre-order.) Fifty percent of the proceeds from all pie slices sold, during Thanksgiving week, will benefit St. Mary\u2019s Food Bank.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gigiscupcakesusa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gigi\u2019s Cupcakes<\/strong><\/a>, with Valleywide locations, is introducing two new holiday-inspired pies to add to its line of award-winning gourmet holiday cupcakes. The Ginger Snap Pumpkin Pie, available now through Thanksgiving, this fall treat features deliciously smooth pumpkin filling baked in Gigi\u2019s own secret ginger snap crust recipe. The pie is topped with a festive collection of maple leaf cookies, sprinkled with sugar crystals and adorned with a dollop of Gigi\u2019s renowned vanilla bean buttercream frosting. The Southern Comfort Pecan Pie is available now through Christmas. This pie is made with Gigi\u2019s rich, whiskey-flavored filling and baked fresh in a hand-made pie crust, the pie is topped with a thick, crunchy layer of Georgia pecans.<br \/>\nBoth Valley locations of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grassrootsaz.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Grassroots Kitchen &amp; Tap<\/strong><\/a> (Phoenix and Scottsdale) are celebrating the season with a new $20 to-go whole-pie program featuring an ever-changing selection of fresh-baked pies served daily. Savor Grassroots\u2019 signature, always-available key lime pie or an ever-changing Pie of the Day, from fall favorites such as apple, pecan, sweet potato, and pumpkin pies, to decadent coconut cream pies (the coconut cream pie won People\u2019s Choice at the 2014 Pie Social in Downtown Phoenix earlier in the month). Have a special request? Call at least 48-hours ahead, and Grassroots\u2019 chefs will try their best to create your perfect pie.<br \/>\nTo-go dessert items at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.proofcanteen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North&#8217;s Proof<\/strong> <\/a>include Bourbon Pecan Pie, Caramel Turtle Cheesecake and Roasted Apple Lattice Pie.
