What dish do you serve to guests? <\/strong>Something different. Paella perhaps, or a great chowder.<br \/>\n<strong>Have you always had a passion for the culinary arts? How did you get your start?<\/strong> I am very fortunate. I knew from a very early age I wanted to cook. I\u2019ve never had another job. I started as a busboy. I was really bad at it. They had to put me in the kitchen so I wouldn\u2019t do any damage.<br \/>\n<strong>What do you love most about what you do? <\/strong>Food.
