As a chef, I want to do everything I can to end hunger.<br \/>\n<strong>Say you\u2019re hosting a Super Bowl party. What dish do you serve to guests?<\/strong> Definitely BBQ. Ribs and pork butt!<br \/>\n<strong>Have you always had a passion for the culinary arts? How did you get your start?<\/strong> I didn&#8217;t get started in cooking until I dropped out of college and got a job washing dishes at a local pool hall. I honestly fell in love with the kitchen before the food.<br \/>\n<strong>What do you love most about what you do?<\/strong> The greatest part about my job is when I have a guest tell me that they will remember their meal forever. Food memories are the best, and I love being a part of them.<br \/>\n<strong>What food bank are you representing?<\/strong> St. Louis Area Foodbank.<br \/>\nAnd a few fun faves\u2026<br \/>\n<strong>Favorite Super Bowl memory: <\/strong>Super Bowl XXII in 1988, watching the Redskins beat the Broncos.<br \/>\n<strong>Favorite sports-watching snack: <\/strong>Popcorn with black pepper.<br \/>\n<strong>Favorite cocktail to whip up for Super Bowl guests: <\/strong>For the Super Bowl, it&#8217;s all beer.
