Specials include 40 percent off all wine bottles on Tuesdays and a three-course tasting menu dinner deal for two on Thursdays for $49.<br \/>\nIn honor of Earth Day,<strong> Sprinkles<\/strong> donates 100 percent of sales of its tree-adorned vanilla cupcakes from April 21 to 25 to the Desert Botanical Garden.<br \/>\n<strong>Coconuts Fish Caf\u00e9<\/strong> celebrates its one-year anniversary with a two-day Hawaiian-themed celebration April 25 and 26. Stop by for hula dancers, Hawaiian musicians, happy hour pricing and more.<br \/>\nFrom April 18 through May 16, <strong>Caballero Grill<\/strong> will be offering a special food and beer, which will pair food items with specialty beers from Boulder Brewing, Colorado\u2019s first micro-brewery.\u00a0 The launch event will be held on April 18 at 6 p.m. James Swan, a local beer expert, will be on hand to discuss the highlighted beers and help kick-off this special event.<br \/>\nLast weekend, Phoenix&#8217;s <strong>The Gladly<\/strong> (pictured) launched a new brunch menu that will be served from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
