Chef Josh Hebert will now be offering a menu of Japanese street food every Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m.<br \/>\nOne of the Valley&#8217;s most anticipated spring-opening restaurants,<strong> Sumo Maya Mexican American Kitchen<\/strong> from German Osio (the man behind Central Bistro and Local Bistro), has brought on top New York chef Herb Wilson. Does that name sound familiar? You might know Chef Wilson from &#8220;Top Chef Masters.&#8221; Sumo Maya is slated to open in Scottsdale in March.<br \/>\nTo help raise money and awareness for Arizona Small Dog Rescue, <strong>El Palacio<\/strong> of Chandler is hosting a series of Sunday Yappy Hour &amp; Adoption Fair events during the month of January. There will even be a pooch-friendly menu of puppy taco salad, hot dogs and a doggy fajita, in addition to the restaurant&#8217;s tasty eats for the dogs&#8217; two-legged friends.
