Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a white chocolate-rimmed rocks glass. Muddle fresh ginger and juice of\u00a0half a lemon. Add sweet &amp; sour and SKYY Infusions Citrus. Shake with ice. Strain and pour over the bottom layer.
