\nChef Kevin Binkley of Binkley’s<\/strong> in Cave Creek celebrates fall with the Wild Game Dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 9. The six-course tasting menu (with multiple amuse-bouches) is $96 per person; $54 for wine pairings. To make a reservation, call 480.437.1072.

\nExecutive chef Massimo De Francesa of Taggia of Scottsdale’s FireSky presents Ottobrefesta<\/strong> on Oct. 9:\u00a0A German-inspired meal to celebrate Oktoberfest with an Italian twist. Each course is paired with Italian beer, and dishes include grilled bratwurst and bira-braised short ribs. $65 per person, plus tip and tax. For reservations, call 480.424.6095.
