I just hope it\u2019s more of a long-term love affair rather than a fleeting infatuation.<br \/>\n<strong>What&#8217;s new at Sushi Roku this summer?<\/strong><br \/>\nAZ locals receive a 20 percent\u00a0discount all summer long\u2014just show your ID card. Plus, we\u2019re rolling out an all-new menu of skinny cocktails and menu items for summer.<br \/>\n<strong>Tips for at-home chefs making sushi?<\/strong><br \/>\nHonestly, the best advice I can give is to ask a sushi chef to make it for you. It\u2019s not the easiest food for at-home chefs.<br \/>\nFavorite &#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Valley restaurant:<\/strong><br \/>\nZipp\u2019s Sports Grill because the food is surprisingly good&#8211;lots of from-scratch comfort foods. I like the Camelback Road location because it\u2019s close to my house and there\u2019s a large patio for when the weather\u2019s nice.<br \/>\n<strong>Culinary travel destination:<\/strong><br \/>\nLas Vegas, Tokyo and New York City. There\u2019s just an amazing variety of great chefs and restaurants in all three cities.<br \/>\n<strong>Dish to make at home:<\/strong><br \/>\nShabu Shabu, which is a traditional Japanese dish where thin strips of beef are cooked in a broiling broth, along with tofu and sliced vegetables like carrots, onions and mushrooms. Then you pour the leftover broth over rice and eat it.<br \/>\n<strong>Cocktail or bottle of wine:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can\u2019t go wrong with a good bottle of pinot
