Now through Aug. 31, guests\u00a0at\u00a0Culinary Dropout can take advantage of two gastropub-inspired \u201cDine In\u201d or \u201cDrop Out\u201d menus available for $20 at both Valley locations (Phoenix&#8217;s The Yard and Scottsdale Waterfront).<br \/>\nDiners can choose from\u00a0a selection of starters, entr\u00e9es and adult beverages like the restaurant&#8217;s Soft Pretzel &amp; Provolone Fondue (pictured),\u00a0followed by the famous Fried Chicken. For a\u00a0lighter, summery meal, try Culinary Dropout&#8217;s Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, followed by an entr\u00e9e salad like the Italian Salad, made with shaved salami, pickled peppers, olives, provolone and oregano vinaigrette.
