Participants will have the opportunity to learn recipes and enjoy a light, one-course meal featuring the food presented during the cooking demonstration. Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with Chef Nicosia and assist in the cooking demo.<br \/>\nAs each dish is sampled, guests will enjoy two additional glasses of wine. The restaurant&#8217;s Wine Director Stephen Plunkett will teach the wine portion of the program. Featured wines will be available for purchase following each demonstration. The class is\u00a0$49 per person, which includes service charges and sales tax.<br \/>\nThe next class in Sassi&#8217;s Summer 2013 Food + Wine Series is Wednesday, August 14: Cooking with Summer
