In order to raise money for the worthy cause, Fox Restaurant Concepts has launched a special\u00a0series for the American Heart Association&#8211;the delectable Heart Healthy menus at Fox&#8217;s many Valley restaurants.<br \/>\nShown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 23 percent, Arcadia-based\u00a0North Italian Farmhouse offers heart-healthy (and\u00a0delicous)\u00a0salads made with dark leafy greens: The Kale Salad is made with kale, romaine, arugula, golden raisins, toasted almonds, pickled celery, ricotta salata and sherry vinaigrette, while the Seasonal Vegetable Salad\u00a0is a\u00a0yummy concoction of\u00a0shaved beets, carrots, radishes, kale, romaine, dried fruit, faro, marcona almonds, pecorino cheese and is drizzled with balsamic dressing.<br \/>\n<a
