Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes has just won the prestigious 2010 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice award for “Best Overall Purchase and Ownership Experience in America.” Rosewood Homes is Arizona’s first-ever builder to win. The award, which is conducted by Eliant, a San Clemente, Calif.-based company, has spent the better part of 2009 surveying more than 60,000 new homeowners from more than 200 major homebuilders across 39 states via e-mail, mail or telephone. The comprehensive questionnaire covers the homeowners’ initial purchase experience through to homeownership and onto their first year as a new homeowner. “It is remarkable,” says David Kitnick, president of Rosewood Homes. “We set out as a goal to have the highest score in America on the Eliant survey...I didn’t necessarily think we would win. In all candor that is a very lofty goal.”

Rosewood Homes was also honored at this year’s 28th Annual Phoenix Metro MAME Awards with the “Small Volume Builder of the Year” award.
