Many people may be surprised by how diverse Arizona’s agriculture is. It seems we aren’t able to grow much more than cacti, but the Farm to Fork Tours offered by Montelucia will show you a very different side of Arizona!<\/p>\n

Along with Omni Scottsdale’s Executive Chef, Marcos Seville, you will have the opportunity to tour a local farm. And this Monday February 20, the farm they are featuring in their tour is Blue Sky Organic Farms<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Located in Litchfield Park, Blue Sky Organic Farms is a CSA community programs whose goods can be found at farmers markets all over the Valley. In addition, this farm’s produce is sold throughout the state of Arizona and even makes it as far as top restaurants in top foodie cities including New York, Boston, and San Francisco!<\/p>\n

After touring the farm, you will get to sit down and enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Seville using some of Blue Sky Organic Farms produce, paired perfectly with local wines.<\/p>\n
