There&#8217;s no checking e-mails and catching up on phone calls; you&#8217;d smudge your polish. You&#8217;re forced to stay put and relax; it&#8217;s impossible to move when someone is massaging your legs and feet. Plus, everyone loves pretty tips and toes. And few spas have mastered the mani\/pedi like Joya Spa and Salon at Omni Scottsdale Resort &amp; Spa at Montelucia.<\/p>\n<p>The 80-minute Moroccan Mani Mani\/Pedi is a must-try as we head into the busiest time of year, when you may have more appearances that call for manicured nails and a busier schedule, which means a little pampering is a necessity. After choosing your polishes, your fingernails and cuticles are prepped for polish before receiving a glorious sugar scrub&#8211;which combines oils and sugar cane and is full of vitamins, minerals and proteins&#8211;on your arms and hands. A slathering of Joya Spa&#8217;s Moroccan Mango lotion then covers your arms and hands (via a massage) after the therapist removes a warm towel wrap. (Come fall, the mango scent will temporarily be replaced with an season-friendly orange-cranberry scent.) Lastly, nail polish is applied.
